• Provide technical support in development, maintenance, and enhancement of IBM TRIRIGA PRIDE system and database
• Manage and administer infrastructure upgrades to include Windows OS, Oracle database, and IBM TRIRIGA platform
• Translate customer requests into functional, technical, and security requirements. Lead efforts in design and develop of system enhancements.
• Maintain and administer web services based interfaces for synchronization data for updates to/from external systems
• Support data pulls and reporting requirements using SQL and PL/SQL
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of IBM TRIRIGA system as needed
• Support Tier 2 and 3 user reported helpdesk tickets
• Make recommendations and provide guidance for future system and/or environment upgrades to include Cloud support
• Ensure system compliancy with DoD DISA and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements  




• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management or a related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be have an interim or active Public Trust
• Minimum 5 years of overall software engineering experience in DoD/Federal environments


• Experienced in one or more of the following software development technologies: Java (required), J2EE, XML, HTML, Javascript
• Recent relevant work experience with Oracle 11.204 and/or 12c Database. SQL or PL/SQL, Packages, and Stored procedures
• IBM WebSphere administration (or comparable Java Application Service)
• Working knowledge of VMWare, Servers, and Networking in Windows environments
• Experience debugging complex enterprise systems including clients, servers, and databases in a variety of configurations
• Experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to learn, grow and assume new responsibilities (e.g., become proficient with IBM TRIRIGA software)



• Experience working IBM TRIRIGA and IBM TRIRIGA Application platform (to include workflows, forms, and administration)   

• Experience with BIRT Report, Crystal or similar enterprise level reporting tools  


• Dynamic team player who can function in a small team environment
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to independently work and take on responsibility with minimal daily direction
• Highly flexible individual who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
