Working in sales and business development roles at previous startups, our team members had to move very efficiently (and hit lofty sales targets). It would take days, sometimes weeks, though, to identify our target prospects. After outsourcing lead research and getting poor results, we figured there had to be a more efficient way to conduct accurate sales research at scale.

Fast forward to today, and we are the most accurate b2b data research platform on the planet. We couple proprietary tech with expert human researchers to provide the best data money can buy. To this point, we've grown almost entirely organically through word-of-mouth and inbound interest. Now, we need a self-starting growth marketer to pour gasoline on this fire!

The Position:

As the Growth Marketer, you’ll have the freedom to take ideas and run with them. This is an opportunity to make a significant, easily-visible impact on a fast-growing company’s trajectory. Strong writing skills are an absolute must — every facet of this position will incorporate written communication.

Content Marketing Specialist

You bridge the chasm between the written word and ROI.  We now have millions of people who follow us on social media and who subscribe to our newsletters.  We need your help to deliver outstanding content to engage our community, and ultimately nurture them into our next generation of happy customers.

Customer Acquisition Specialist/Manager

We are looking to add to our team of analytic marketers to scale and optimize customer acquisition across existing digital channels.  Success will be measured by a combination of media efficiency (CPA), and ability to scale channels by identifying new audiences and opportunities. You will support the existing team by directing the day to day media buying and optimization across our paid channels (Email, Search, Social) with the goal of driving tens of thousands of new, profitable customer relationships to VideoBlocks properties every month.

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Our Lifecycle Marketing Manager will execute and optimize existing email campaigns, as well as develop, build and manage a testing plan to identify opportunities to scale our program further. Success in this role requires a passion for email marketing, fluency in HTML/CSS and insight and experience as to best practices around effective messaging, send frequency, creative layout, deliverability, list segmentation, reporting, analysis and testing strategies. You will partner close with product and engineering to execute our organic search strategy, and ensure coordination between our email campaigns and in product experience.

Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Our Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will work with our Lifecycle team and primarily use the email channel to execute acquisition, onboarding, retention and win-back campaigns for current subscribers. The LMS will also support both our on and off page organic search efforts, helping drive keyword strategy, link building and content development.
