The Next-Tech Hiring Fair is back. This June we are piloting a new format designed to ensure you walk away with more hires. This event will be free to join for both candidates and companies. You won’t pay a dime unless you find candidates that you want to hire.

Next-Tech will feature a week long hiring event featuring some of this regions’ most talented technologists and tech adjacent professionals. Some of the types of professionals that will be attendance include:

What to Expect

This event will be a virtual, hands-off, weeklong hiring event. What that means is that once you sign-up as a hiring partner, we will do the heavy lifting. No platform to sign up for, no Zoom calls to manage, no booth shifts to split up… You sign-up, and we will match you with registered attendees/job seekers that match the requirements that you are looking for in a new hire.

The best part is we have made this as risk-free as possible for you. You do not need to pay a dime unless you find the talent that you want to hire. We will match you with pre-screened candidates and give you access to their profiles. You only pay a fee for candidates that you select and that you hire.
